WC PMR allows the liberty of people with reduced mobility.

Through a decree made on December 14 of the calendar year two thousand and two, it had been established that all baths of public establishments must have WC PMR. PMR means individuals with reduced mobility and therefore there has to be a series of measures that help the simplicity of motion of these folks.
This duty is not restricted to SLE and extends to facilities open to the public (IOP), collective flat buildings, but also to individual houses. Nonetheless, in some cases, the installation of WCR PMR can be averted.
